Reviews and Ratings
I had a nice stay at Bukchonae. The location was perfect for exploring Bukchon Village, and the traditional hanok experience was unique. However, the bathroom's low ceiling was a bit cramped for my tall frame, and the noise from the common area could be bothersome at times.
I recently stayed at Bukchonae for three nights, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The warm hospitality of the hosts and the comfort of the futon made my stay good. The location was fantastic, with easy access to palaces and museums just a short walk away. However, I found the traditional shower setup a bit awkward, especially since I'm tall, which took some adjustment.
My stay at Bukchonae was a mixed bag. I really appreciated the authentic experience of staying in a traditional hanok and the futon bed was surprisingly comfortable. However, the room felt quite bare, almost like a monastery cell, and I found it overpriced for what was offered.
My stay at Bukchonae was wonderful overall! The location was perfect, just a short walk from beautiful palaces and charming cafes. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the friendly owners made me feel right at home. However, the room wasn't perfectly soundproof, and I did find the bathroom a bit cramped. Still, I would definitely recommend it! 😊
Staying at Bukchonae was a unique experience, immersing me in traditional Korean culture right in Bukchon Hanok Village. I loved the charming atmosphere and the location was super convenient, but I found some aspects lacking, like the bare room and amenities. Overall, it was nice but could use some improvements.
